Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC in the third stage of her engineer diploma. As she was finishing her last year in engineering, Srushti Deshmukh questioned if she would like working in the field of engineering. Then, she realised civil engineering was her love and devoted herself to the field. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil service and pursue an employment in the public sector. Exam preparation consumed all day long. In less than an entire month it was time to prepare for her engineering exam and also stayed away from social media. The focus she believes is crucial to be able to pass the exam for a government job and be able to work within the civil service. She wanted to pass through the test with ease, and she was able to put in a lot of work. Every day, she went through the news to stay up with current events.
